The WYAC Advisory Committee plays a crucial role in supporting and advising the Cabinet on their ongoing projects and initiatives. They oversee the Cabinet's work, offering constructive feedback and insight to enhance performance. Ultimately, their aim is to uphold the WYAC agenda that the President will Carry Out and ensure effective governance through comprehensive oversight and collaboration.
Debra Hibbard, a PSD Deputy Administrator, is a strong supporter of the Wyoming Youth Advisory Council (WYAC). She is deeply committed to the success of WYAC and its mission to empower and uplift youth across Wyoming, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities needed to thrive.
Brian DeTavernier is a Social Services Analyst with the Department of Family Services at the Social Services Division. He believes in the Wyoming Youth Advisory Council (WYAC) and is committed to helping it grow into the face of Wyoming for foster youth, empowering them to become leaders and make a lasting, positive impact in their communities.

Brenda Birkle, the Executive Director of the Wyoming Citizen Review Panel, is dedicated to supporting the mission and success of the Wyoming Youth Advisory Council (WYAC). Previously, she served as the Executive Director of My Front Door and now serves as an advisor on the WYAC Advisory Committee.
